This Gold Ducat was minted between 1423 and 1457, during the reign of Fracesco Foscari as Doge of Venice, at the Venice mint and contains .1122 oz actual Gold weight. The obverse features Christ standing, and the reverse shows St. Mark standing and Doge kneeling. This example is graded Extra Fine 45 by NGC.
