Pre-1965 90% Silver coins, sometimes referred to as junk Silver or scrap Silver, are a great way to start your Silver investments. These Silver coins were pulled from circulation with the introduction of copper/nickel clad coins and the rising demand of Silver. The public saved them for their 90% Silver content as a rainy day fund they can fall back on.

Variety

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

Wish I would have had better variety. $2 face 3 of which were 1963. If I purchased a large quantity I could understand multiple dupes but come on.

  • Bottom Line
  • Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

FBL (or close) on both

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

Both of the ones I received were 1963-D coins. I don't know if FBL matter in this year, but both of these appear to have them. i can even see all the wording on the bell and the wood grain on the bell holder. Both were excellent condition and surface was not marked up noticeably (if at all). Very easy way to add to an order at low cost and add to a collection.

  • Pros
  • Value (low premium over spot)
  • Attractive Design
  • Easy to Sell
  • Mint Condition
  • Recognized Brand
  • Bottom Line
  • Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
