Rarely offered Gold coin from Japan. The Japan Mint issued these beautiful 100,000 Yen Gold coins in 1990 to commemorate the enthronement of Emperor Akihito.

Akihito is the 125th Japanese Emperor according to Japan's traditional order of succession. He succeeded his father on January 7 1989.

Coin Highlights:

  • Contains .9645 oz actual Gold weight.
  • Coins will be in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and sealed in protective plastic with certification by the Japan Mint.
  • Obverse: Features a wreath surrounding a chrysanthemum with the denomination.
