Here is a nice Continental Note, dated September 26, 1778. Popular denomination of Five Spanish Milled Dollars. This example was printed by Hall and Sellers of Philadelphia, formerly known as Benjamin Franklin and Hall. Signatures vary by note. Interestingly, you can see pieces of mica that were mixed into the paper to deter counterfeiting. This is a solid Extra Fine example of a popular note.
