Description says it fits 1.5 to 2.0 oz tall Canadian silver coins. The Creatures of the North: Werewolf 2.0 oz coin is exactly that, but these capsules (I tried multiple) will not close around the coin.

Capsules come with a pull-tab meant to open the capsule with ease. The tabs are paper that easily tear. You will need to use a tool to pry the capsule apart. No matter how slow and careful I am opening the capsule, the plastic will warp along the edges making it not smooth to the touch or jagged to a keen eye. This may not matter if you're storing in a display box. Open slowly and with care. Other than that, these have fit my 1.5 and 2 oz coins nice and snug.

I have been collecting the 1.5 oz RCM wildlife sliver coins over the last year and finally got around to loading up 15 of these capsules. Yes they are the tightest I have ever seen, but they are the absolute perfect fit for the 1.5 oz coins. You have to use a small knife like tool to open them unless you have titanium fingernails. Place the base portion down first and align the coin properly; gently press it in. You should have gloves on. Then place the top over the base and firmly press down evenly all around. All 15 of mine are completely seated in place. I have not found any other capsule that will work with these 1.5 oz coins this well. If you see any stress marks, then I would suspect that something is mis-aligned.

I bought these for the 1.5 oz canadaian coins, the coins fit very tight and can not get the two pieces to close all the way. You can see stress marks in the plastic caused by being to tight. I'm ordering the tall 39 mm capsules for the next ones I buy.

Capsule was bought to specifically fit Canadian 1.5 oz silver round. arrived "snapped " together and I was not able to open. Was advised capsule sometimes sticks and is difficult to open and try to use a sharp object to open it. Unable to do so. I thought perhaps I was not doing it right but there was no instruction info offered, and I was advised I could return it. Will not purchase again, and also not 1.5 silver as no protection.
