New to hand-poured silver, I purchased from each company. I didn't really like the finish on this. It could just be my preference, and it is what you expect that you are getting. I just feel like silver should be shiny. Another thing is I also order Prospector pieces and the two companies are VERY similar, it looks like the same thing with different designs.

the price over spot is a little high but worth it at the end. nothing like having a poured bar in your hand compared to a machine pressed bar or coin. I just hope apmex continues to sell these along with all the other ounces they come in.

We bought 10 one oz pieces ( all different ) for my son's 10th bday and this was by far his favorite. He loves the feel of it and the weight of it in his hand. It went to bed with him !!! Great design and name.
