Comments about 1947-1948 Mexican Silver 5 Pesos Cuauhtemocs ASW .8681:

I sent two of the best, one with my PCGS order and one with my ANACS order. One was dated 1947, the other 1948. The 1947, which was the better of the two, came back as ANACS MS66. The 1948 came back as PCGS MS65. Not bad for near bullion price! Now, ignore this review so I can buy more!

Comments about 1947-1948 Mexican Silver 5 Pesos Cuauhtemocs ASW .8681:

Bought ten of these because they are an interesting design and not priced too much over spot. Of the coins I received most were AU+ with some in lower mint states. None were cleaned, damaged, or had any other issues.Very attractive coin and a great way to own silver. Sure you can get some generic rounds or cull Morgans for a bit less but these are really nice 60+ year old coins for just a little more. I don't see how you can go wrong with these.

This is Mexico's best designed silver coin. I just wonder why they only made it for two years. Go ahead and buy hand over fist . Makes a neat silver coin key chain as well..

Albert from Los Angeles CA, I have an account with KITCO, and I've bought coins from them but ever since I was told about APMEX I did a research on this company, not only I was happy for the great costumer service but they are so reliable, can't wait to get my" Cuauhtemoc".

Comments about 1947-1948 Mexican Silver 5 Pesos Cuauhtemocs ASW .8681:

Cuauhtemocs provide great bang for the buck. At 30 gr total weight the "heft" is more impressive than a U.S. silver dollar, and they have a bit more silver content. In addition, the design is really cool. Not something you run into every day.
