Ive been purchasing from APMEX for several years. I order the entire set of Libertads every year. The 5 oz arrived with a major ding in the rim--not gradable. I contacted them requesting a return and they immediately put the process in motion to exchange the coin. From beginning to end it took no more than a week. The new coin is far better. I bought the 5 ounce silver Libertad because it is one of the most beautiful coins in the world and I have never owned a coin this huge. APMEX has superior customer service, packaging, shipping, and I love this website. The coin is thick, heavy, shiny, and a true work of art.

I bought five of these to get the lower price. I will give one as a gift, keep one, and sell the other three as soon as the price of silver rises enough to pay for the other two. The packaging from APMEX was the first thing that struck me - so beautiful, like opening a box of gems from a high-end jewelry store. Then I saw the coins! Oh man, are they gorgeous - the photos pale by comparison. The hard protective case has them stacked side by side (not touching, of course) and they looked like a set of coffee table coasters, they're so large. I may just keep 'em all. APMEX has great customer service and super communications. Will order other products from this fine company.

This is one of the most beautiful coins ive ever seen and it's very large. The detail of this 5 oz compared to the 1 oz is amazing, you can see every little detail. I'm going to have to start buying at least one of these every year from now on. If your reading these reviews still debating on buying one just buy it. And yes it comes in a hard plastic airtight case unlike many other sites.
