The 2025 Eagles Random Upgrade Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

Open to all legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins at 2:00 AM (EST) on December 9, 2024, and concludes at 2:00 AM (EST) on December 16, 2024, with winners being notified before January 10, 2025.

Contest Details

Participants who pre-orders any qualifying 2025 American Gold Eagle or American Silver Eagle through www.APMEX.com, the APMEX mobile app, or by telephone during the promotional period (December 9th – December 16th) will automatically enter the Contest. Purchases on eBay or Walmart do not qualify for entry.

Up to 125 customers will be randomly selected to have their eligible purchase upgraded to a PCGS MS-70 Black Label version of the same product, at no additional cost.

Contest Details

For each of the five products winners will have their purchase upgraded to an MS-70 Black Label edition of the same product. The prizes will be awarded as follows:

• 2025 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coin BU (SKU: 299042): 100 random upgrades
• 2025 1 oz American Gold Eagle Coin BU (SKU: 299034): 10 random upgrades
• 2025 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle Coin BU (SKU: 299033): 5 random upgrades
• 2025 1/4 oz American Gold Eagle Coin BU (SKU: 299044): 5 random upgrades
• 2025 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle Coin BU (SKU: 299036): 5 random upgrades

[For example, if a customer pre-orders a BU 2025 1/4 oz American Gold Eagle and is selected, they will be awarded an upgrade to receive the 2025 1/4 oz American Gold Eagle PCGS MS-70 Black Label version of the same product.]

Winners will receive an email notifying them of the upgrade before January 10, 2025. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

How to Enter

No purchase is required to participate in the Contest. Contestants can enter two (2) different ways:

1. Pre-order Entry: Customers who pre-order qualifying 2025 American Gold or American Silver Eagle on www.APMEX.com or the APMEX mobile app between 2:00 AM (EST) on December 9, 2024, and 2:00 AM (EST) on December 16, 2024, will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes.
2. Free Entry: Fill out an online form here to enter the Contest without making a purchase. The winner will receive a promo code for the value of the highest available upgrade to use on their next purchase.

Entry Allocation

Each purchase of an eligible product during the promotional period will count as one (1) entry per qualifying product purchase.

Grand Drawing Prizes

All free entries and qualifying purchases will be grouped and randomized together from the same pool of entrants.

• Up to 125 winners will receive an upgrade to a PCGS MS-70 Black Label edition of the product they purchased, based on the random selection from each of the products listed above.
• If a free entry contestant is selected, the winner will receive a promo code for the value of the highest available upgrade to use on their next purchase.

Winners will be notified by email sometime before or on January 10, 2025. They will have 72 hours (3 days) to respond. Non-response or prize rejection results in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected from the remaining entries.

Additional Rules

• Prizes consist only of the items listed, no additional inclusions.
• APMEX reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value if the original prizes become unavailable for any reason.
• The contest is open to U.S. residents aged 21 or older. Employees of APMEX, their families, or those living in the same household are not eligible.
• Orders through Walmart or eBay are ineligible.
• Prizes may be taxable; winners are responsible for applicable taxes.
• No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at APMEX’s discretion.
• Acceptance of a prize grants APMEX permission to use the winner’s name, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• Winners agree to indemnify APMEX against any claims or liabilities arising from the Contest or prize usage.

Decisions & Alterations

APMEX has the final say on rules application, interpretation, and Contest conduct. APMEX reserves the right to change rules or terminate or modify the Contest if necessary. APMEX is not responsible for printing, administrative, or announcement errors.
