I love the Libertad, but the older style in my opinion if far more beautiful and stunning. These coins are in perfect condition and a bit mesmerizing for me. Personally, I prefer this design to the newer one (its replacement). Very pleased with price and condition.

I am slowly working on having one of every year, so I ordered one of these. I probably should keep trying the random coin orders until I get to the nitty gritty. I got this and it is in very great shape. I also ordered 20 BU condition random years, and 20 cull condition random year coins. For the 20 BU coins I actually got a full roll of unopened 1985 coins, so.... I didn't need to buy this single coin. In the random 20 cull condition coins I got three 1985 coins, and those are actually almost, or maybe just as good as this one. So, once again I didn't need to order this as a single. I will say this, for the newer year, single coin orders, those coins look near flawless. Those made some other coins that I thought were very nice, not look so nice anymore. This particular single coin order of 1985 didn't standout as being better than the other 1985 coins that I got. For the newer years you will can see a pretty big difference if you order the BU coins.
- Pros
- Attractive Design
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

The vintage Libertads are always nice. Blast White finish. Quality was superb. Premium was acceptable. Keep in mind--these coins are 30 years old. They won't be MS 70s or 69s.
