Amazing piece, and the wooden display/storage box is very nicely done! It's a common piece, and I would love for it to have been a limited run, but it's still worth every penny for the beauty.

The round is great; love the size and the images with high relief. The problem is it does not have a capsule. I have it on a coin stand and after several months it started to yellow and tarnish. I've looked and looked but cannot find a capsule to fit. 76 mm diameter can be found, but the 10 mm thickness is the problem. It looks too nice to be stuck in a safe with silica packs.

I acquired both the 5 and ten ounce versions. c’mon who can pass on Vikings and dragons? beautiful coin with very minor flaws from hand pouring but was to be expected. the display case design is a better fit for the five ounce than the ten. The ten ounce could be better presented and displayed in a bit larger and better quality display boxes. The box APMEX sent had a visible flaw in the wood that didn’t ruine my love for the solid and impressive story telling coin.

I echo Boomer with with the absolute beauty of this piece. I bought one of the remaining ones for my son, and he loves it, the pictures and engravings are awesome. As a side note the wooden wooden case that it comes in Looks like it is built with quality that you don't see much anymore.
