A 1st year of mintage Proof coin, certified by NGC to be a First Strike, graded a PF70 and an Ultra Cameo! It's literally impossible to get any better than this. The NGC case is showing it's age in terms of fine scratches from poor storage, but can easily be buffed new again. I bought a wooden case to keep it in.
