Using a standard jeweler's micro flat head screwdriver (1.0 - 1.2 mm or 1/16" size recommended), unscrew the tiny mounting screw at the top of the coin bezel. Once the screw has been removed, delicately open the bezel ever so slightly, just enough so your coin can be slipped into place. To protect your coin, always wear cotton gloves while handling. To prevent the bezel from creasing or bending out of shape, it is very important to handle it with extreme care, making sure not to spread the bezel open too wide.
Once your coin is in place, squeeze the gap of the bezel together tightly and carefully put the mounting screw back into place. Do not over-tighten the screw or it may become stripped, which would render it useless.

"fit" should be defined by Apmex in bezel listing as "This bezel fits buffalo rounds well enough that they wont quite fall out of bezel and onto floor. Buffalo rounds will spin in bezel, rattle in bezel and appear cheap when given as gifts or worn". I foolishly bought 3 buffalos and 3 bezels as gifts. Bezel obviously doesn't "fit" buffalos. Design is nice. Quality is good. Price markup like most jewelry is ridiculous. Arrived fast (for govt. snail mail) and was packaged well. I had this same problem of coin fitting lose in bezel when I purchased 1oz gold eagle pendant (bezel installed by Apmex) from Apmex. When my wife wears GE pendant it spins in bezel so the coin spends most of its time sideways or upside down. The $ Apmex charges for coin pendants is not discounted so from now on I will buy bullion jewelry local where I can make sure I get what Im paying for.
