I purchased this one to protect the 1914-D Gold Quarte Eagle that my grandmother left me. She just kept it in a sock drawer for 90 years, but I thought it needed a bit more protection. A perfect fit, of course.

I love the foam Air-Tites for my smaller coins rather than the Direct Fit. For Gold coins, the black foam really seems to highlight the coin while also preventing any side-to-side movements. I got this for the $2.50 US Gold coin. Fits perfectly.

bad some coins that I wanted to be able to see both sides, so I found the Air-Tite Holders withe the black Gasket, I know you'll out there have used for years..However us new one's to coin investing, have to learn as we go...I first saw these in a coin auction, and said to myself, I got to get me some of them, and also said to myself I know just where to find the AirTite Holders where else but APMEX...
