My second purchase of this product was not the same as before (see my favorable review from May 20th). The bar I received on my second order was badly marred on the corners and edges and this time it came in a simple plastic bag unlike before when they came in a hard plastic capsule in a nice box. I returned it and APMEX was good to refund my purchase price. I ordered again in hopes of a better result but was again disappointed. I sent an email to APMEX to alert them to this quailty problem. I hope they resolve it because I would like to purchase this item again.

like another review I read here , the one they send me is extremely damaged, not only all 4 corners are damaged it has many scratches.

I feel content at owning this beautiful silver bar for sentimental reasons. It pays tribute to the historic, holy City of Jerusalem, and it is minted by the Holy Land Mint. I appreciate APMEX for offering this keepsake at a modest price.

The Holy Land Mint produces some of the most beautiful, artistic, profound, colectable gold and silver in the world. To bad some clumbsy, I don't give a dam employee somewhere, dropped my bar maybe repeately such that all four rounded corners on the cityscape side are banged up, smached flat and utterly destroying the grace and beauty of this 5 oz. bar. Unfortunately, these are limited edition, APMEX is out, and I fear returning it will only bring my investment cost back, not what I want. Therefore I keep the damaged bar and dream of what should have been. APMEX has always been so reliable, and careful, what changed? To be honest, this is the second time APMEX shipped less then paid for, each one a limited edition, no longer available piece. The first a very limited (19) Medal of Honor NGS 70 with a tarnish spot. Now this. Am I the only one getting less than advertised merchandise?
