The APMEX 2026 Eagle Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

Open to all legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins 11:00am (EST) on November 17, 2025 and concludes on November 24, 2025 at 11:00pm (EST) with a winner being notified before December 7, 2025.

Contest Details

Participants who pre-orders any 2026 Gold Eagle or Silver Eagle through www.APMEX.com, The APMEX mobile App, or orders these products from APMEX by telephone during the promotional period (November 17th – November 24th) will automatically be entered into the Contest. Purchases made on eBay or Walmart do not qualify for entry into the Contest.

The week of December 1, 2025, APMEX will award one (1) winner with the following prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a 2026 1 oz Gold American Eagle graded MS-70 by PCGS with the First Day of Issue designation and the APMEXclusive 250th Label. (approx. value $4,376).

How to Enter

No purchase is required to participate in the Contest. Contestants can enter two (2) different ways.

1. Fill out an online form here for a free entry into the contest.
2. Pre-order any 2026 1oz American Gold or Silver Eagle by shopping at APMEX.com, APMEX mobile app, or by telephone between the dates of November 17, 2025 and November 24, 2025.

Entry Allocation

• All customers receive 1 entry per qualifying pre-order.

Grand Drawing Prizes

• One (1) winner will receive a 2026 1 oz Gold American Eagle graded MS-70 by PCGS with the First Day of Issue designation and the APMEXclusive 250th Label. . (approx. value $4,376).

Winners will be notified sometime on or before December 7, 2025, chosen from all eligible entries. They will be notified by email and have 72 hours (3 days) to respond. Non-response or prize rejection results in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected from the remaining entries.

Additional Rules

• One (1) winner will receive a 2026 1 oz Gold American Eagle graded MS-70 by PCGS with the First Day of Issue designation and the APMEXclusive 250th Label. . (approx. value $4,376).
• Prizes consist only of items listed, with no additional inclusions.
• APMEX reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value in the event that the prizes become unavailable for any reason.
• Contest open to those aged 21 or older. Employees of APMEX, their families, or those living in the same household are not eligible.
• Orders through Walmart or eBay are ineligible.
• Not open to residents outside the United States, void where prohibited by law.
• Prizes may be taxable; winners are responsible for applicable taxes.
• No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except at APMEX’s discretion.
• Acceptance of a prize grants APMEX permission to use the winner’s name, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• Winners agree to indemnify APMEX against any claims or liabilities arising from the Contest or prize usage.

Decisions & Alterations

• APMEX has final say on rules application, interpretation, and Contest conduct.
• APMEX may disqualify entries for online transmission errors.
• APMEX reserves the right to change rules or terminate or modify the Contest if necessary.
• APMEX isn’t responsible for printing, administrative, or announcement errors.
