The 1 oz Gold African Elephant bullion coin is a beautiful testament to the majesty of the world’s largest land mammal. Part of the African Wildlife series, this bullion coin made of .9999 fine Gold was first minted in 1999 under the authorization of Zambia. Beginning in 2004, the series has featured Somalia as the country of issue. The Gold Elephant is available in a wide variety of sizes including 1/2 gram, 1/50 oz, 1/25 oz, 1/10 oz and 1 oz.
