Bought this sovereign because of the unique Royal Coat of Arms reverse in honor of Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee. As other reviewers have stated, the coin is not pink as illustrated but more of a copper-gold hue. I personally would not have liked it as much if it was the same pink color as the illustration.

As other reviewers stated, this coin is not rose colored but does have a slight copper tone. It’s a great looking coin and you can’t go wrong with Sovereigns. It is a classic coin that also remains amongst the best values for gold in this quantity. I don’t know if being a Platinum Jubilee design adds any additional collectibility value, but it can’t hurt!

although a beautiful and collectible coin, it is not rose gold as pictured. it does have a pleasing and slight copper tint to the gold. I wish APMEX would use an accurate picture

A unique soverign for a special year (Platinum Jubliee). Coin is approximately 1/4 ounce. It has a modified coat of arms and not St George slaying the dragon. It will be worth something due to its historical significance.

I was fully expecting a pink coin when I ordered this, but it's just a slightly coppery gold color. Great coin for the platinum jubilee. I am sure the queen would be proud.
