2025 Australia 1 oz Proof Silver Swan
The Perth Mint introduced the Swan series in 2017. The first silver release sold out worldwide in less than two days due to its distinctive design and limited mintage. Each year features a new reverse design that highlights the swan. The 2025 release marks the ninth year of this popular series.

Swans hold symbolic meaning in many cultures and often represent loyalty and devotion. These birds form long term monogamous bonds and feed mainly on aquatic vegetation, with occasional small aquatic animals. Seven swan species face threatened status due to hunting, habitat loss, and environmental contamination.

The Perth Mint
The Perth Mint sits along the Swan River in Western Australia and stands as the country’s oldest operating mint. Over time, the mint has built a strong reputation for high quality bullion and collectible coin programs. In addition to the Swan series, The Perth Mint produces well known releases such as the Gold Kangaroo, Silver Kangaroo, Silver Koala, Gold Lunar, Silver Lunar, and Silver Kookaburra, along with a wide range of specialty bullion coins.
