This ANA coin commemorates the World's Fair of Money show being hosted in Oklahoma City for 2025. It highlights the most famous statue in OKC - the End of the Trail. Created by the world-famous sculptor and coin designer, James Earl Frasier, who also created the renown Buffalo Nickel, End of the Trail features the famous Chief John Big Tree. Chief Big Tree was also one of the three models to be featured on the Buffalo Nickel. Fraser created End of the Trail in protest to the US Government taking Native Lands and forcing them westward on the infamous Trail of Tears. Today, Oklahoma has a large history tied to Native Americans and honors their legacy on its state flag and capitol building.

The coin is a stunner in hand. This coin fits my collection due to subject matter, and it does not disappoint. Easily my new favorite coin. If you are on the fence about spending this kind of money on a 1 ounce piece, and it fits into your collection, just buy it. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Low mintage too.
