First let me say that I am new to this. I've made 4 orders of gold and silver (all from APMEX). I ordered this CMI silver bar as my third order. I thought it was SO cool to get an actual mini loaf. Then I was bummed as it was shipped in a dinged up plastic bag. The loaf had started to get some discoloration. As I said, I'm a rookie. My buddy, with a lot of experience, said that he would return it. This concerned me so I asked to swap my loaf with another 10 oz bar. The people at APMEX didn't even give it a second thought. They gave me instructions and made the swap really easy. I'm waiting for the new arrival. Let me also say that every other order has been perfect.
