I just got my first order from Apmex. I examined at all the coins with a magnifying glass. In all I got five different PCGS MS or PR 70 coins. All five coins, a 2005, 2009, 2010, 2011, silver eagle and a 2007 Platinum Eagle I ordered are perfect 70 coins under a magnifying glass with a discriminating eye.

I like Apmex. I have bought a lot of their items. I've not reviewed anything before, but I was a little disappointed in the 5 coins I bought. Granted they are discounted some from what PCGS website lists them as, but mine all had the beginning light toning spots. They are silver and that is a part of owning silver, so I kept them because they are PCGS MS-70 and were discounted somewhat. I still bought some other MS-70 coins soon after these coins.
