Reverse: Large M between ANNO and XVI, cross above. Constantinople mint.
A very nice large (35mm) bronze coin of Justinian I, one of the greatest emperors of the Byzantine Empire.
Extra Fine: Green-black patina, bold legend and portrait. Sear 163.
