I order a dozen of these "cull" silver Philharmonics and they just had milk spotting on them. And honestly, if I would have bought the BU coins instead, they probably would have gotten milk spots eventually.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Easy to Sell
- Mint Condition
- Recognized Brand
- Cons
- Common (higher mintage)
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

As others have mentioned the condition looks better than cull, unless I am missing something. Shipping was lightning fast as usual, just 1 day from Apmex to the west coast. I guess praise is in order for the USPS also.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Easy to Sell
- Recognized Brand
- Cons
- Common (higher mintage)
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
