I went on a bit of a Dragon spree with my last order, got this as well as the 1oz bar, 1/2oz bar, and a 1oz hand poured Dragon. Born in the Year of the Dragon(1964) so decided I'd get a few things to represent that. Very happy with this 1oz round, nice detail, received in mint condition. AMPEX has never disappointed.

Apmex Lunar rounds are great in their detailing in both design and execution. Unlike many mints with Lunar products, the attention to choosing the correct (classical) Chinese words to adorn each year's design is admirable. The image is also exceptionally well done. Exclusive to Apmex the cost is often under a $1 over spot (on sale). I buy to hold, but the favorable attention from my Chinese friends when I show them some of my Lunars gives me confidence that there will be a ready market for these over other silver products when I want to sell.
