I bought this bar at $1120 spot. When I received it 9 days later, spot was $1081. Guess I should've waited 7 more days though 2 days before I bought this bar, spot was $1150. Oh well. The bar is encased in solid plastic. Looks like a credit card with a bar enclosed. The bar itself kinda reminds me of a lawyer's business card. Very shiny compared to PAMP's Lady Fortuna. This was an investment purchase.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Easy to Sell
- Mint Condition
- Recognized Brand
- Cons
- Common (higher mintage)
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

At this moment, The price of platinum is attractive right now (lower than gold), and I was drawn to Baird because it's the only British company that I know of actively making platinum bars today. The Assy packaging is distinguished looking, and I Ilke that the bar says London on it. I'm I happy with my purchase and would recommend it to a friend.
