Good way to get into a new element. I've got an investing budget, and I use this to increase my order to match that budget. Would be a nice size for gifting to the right person, and the packaging is robust. A drawback to the packaging for me, is that I can't actually take it out and hold it, but to me, that's what larger rounds and bars are for.

The bar bounces around inside the assay and it is really annoying. It is a nice looking piece of platinum but the holder has design flaws. I returned the one I bought.

This is a great way to get started if you are unsure of platinum. I ordered 2 of them. They are great but they do slide around quite a bit, but fit nicely into the PAMP Suisse box. Just know that they are very small. I think I'll switch to the 5g next time. As always though, PAMP is the right choice.

This is my First time purchasing Platinum from APMEX and being they are slowly, but surely becoming my "Go-To" Precious Metal Dealer, I figured Why not purchase some Platinum here. I happened to have a few extra funds and have been wanting to Diversify my Portfolio so I am happy to say I have become a Fan now of Platinum ! I am top heavy with Gold & Silver, but from my research it states to have up to 15%-20% of other Precious Metals. Now I am looking at the Palladium and will add more of that to my Portfolio soon !

I have liked Platinum for a while, so I bought two one gram bars. I was very happy when it arrived in three days (just before Christmas). I am still happy with my purchase. The bars are beautiful. I want more of them. I am going to try to buy 2.5 gram bars.

I ordered a 1gram PAMP ingot of platinum on on Dec 30th and had it in my hands Jan 6th which was good considering the holiday. The ingot was exactly as advertised and quite handsome.
