flimsy assay card. big deal. i am sure there are those who worry about resale relative to the assay card but for myself i care about whats in it. a truly stunning piece of artwork! even now after having this bar for over a month i am finding hidden designs and or lettering around interior holographic circles. too small to read with a magnifying lens but its there. maybe the assay signature is there .lol

Bar overall looks ok but the packaging (assay) is cheap, thin and brittle. The assay will not last more than 2~3 years and it's so brittle that if you bent it a little it'll snap. I'll not buy this bar again.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece and will be hard to part with so I will probably just keep this for my personal collection. Smart technology embedded into the design, very hard to duplicate and it is worth the extra price in premium in my opinion. These are so nice that I bought two! APMEX has always come through on delivery, quality and service for me, truly they are the GOLD standard in the precious metals industry!

If you care about the aesthetic then you might want to think twice. My 1st bar was full of very tiny particles. It's difficult to tell what they were, whether on the assay or the bar itself. You could see those blemished, I mentioned, in the pictures on this site too as of today. I exchanged for another one but the 2nd bar also exhibited the same blemishes. Not sure if this effected the whole product line. Had not cut open the assay YET.
