Excellent Innaugural Issue

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

The inaugural issue Philharmonic is special. Very fine quality specimen but what looks like a few fingerprints under harsh lighting and my photographic skills. The "prints" are barely perceptible. I'd say this is a very fine specimen considering the age and magnitude of this timeless piece. Nice job, APMEX!

Can't believe it!

Already have the 1/4 oz coin from 1989, but thought I could never get the inaugural year 1 oz philharmonic. Now here it is in my collection. Can't believe how shinny this coin is after 30 years. Definitely in the BU condition. Considering its significance, I think the premium is worth it. #Happy

disappointed

Was this review helpful? Yes/ No

This was my first order with Apmex. Ordering and wire payment was easy, shipping was promp, packaging was excellent. The Philharmonic is a "must have". No disappointment here. This was not a BU coin. It had very fine scratches on both sides. I believe that it had been cleaned/polished.
