I am Poor. So I spend my money vary carefully. A series is more valuable, with all the coins to the series. Looking hard, the moose in the Canadian Wildlife series, was pricey. So I opted to try a (damaged Coin). I was stunned when my 2012 Moose coin arrived. Looking every bit as BU, Or Proof, as any of the coins I have purchased, listed in such condition. Not every one is quite this good, but all the coins I have purchased from APMEX, listed in such condition, had been well worth the price I payed.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Collectible (lower mintage)
- Easy to Sell
- Mint Condition
- Recognized Brand
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I had not started my collection of these coins until 2015 so most were not at the top of the list from most sellers. I saw these at Apmex and bought one (pronghorn) as mint fresh and the other 5 as "abrasions" or "spots" or "impaired" and was fully satisfied with the quality of the impaired coins and was able to add to my wildlife collection at a reasonable price. I am not a professional grader and not an expert collector but could see nothing wrong with the coins I received. Really nice value.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Collectible (lower mintage)
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
