I am a novice as a purchaser of silver and gold. Most of my purchases have of silver except for several small gold buys. The 1/10th ounce eagle was a good choice because it was a minimum investment. I love the American Eagle design in both silver and gold. I also selected an MS 70 random year for my first purchase. I was very pleased with the years I received and with the packaging as well as the quality. I have grown to trust APMEX as a provider of a quality product at a reasonable price.

I am new to collecting 1/10 oz Gold American Eagle MS-70s. I was not expecting to receive a 2011 date coin when purchasing a Random Year coin. I only have a couple of these coins and so I figured my chances were good that I would receive a year that I did not have. If it was not for the fact the 2016 1/10th oz Gold American Eagles are on pre-sale, I would be buying more Random Year coins. I will be back for more Random Year coins. Thank You APMEX
