I bought the 1990 Kookaburra because I decided to collect them all. Based on photos, I wasn’t expecting to like it nearly as much as later years’ designs. Now that I have it in hand, it is actually one of my favorite Kooks! Additionally, it’s capsule is slimmer than the capsule all later years come in and definitely superior.

Starting my kook collection with the 1990 original. I was expecting some tarnish considering its age but it arrived in what appears to be nearly mint condition, a few microscopic blemishes but incredibly difficult to see unless your looking for them.
