What a treat to be able to buy the inaugural year of this coin several years late, yet still in pristine BU condition. Premium was quite low all things considered. The coin is much more "lustrous" than "shiny", with more of a matte finish on the entire coin. APMEX shipping was fast and packaging was *very* secure. In fact, if the team reads these reviews, for the cost of the packaging materials used you could use air-tites with minimal padding/packaging. It would be equally secure and cheaper, but the customer would get some value out of the air-tites. Anyways thanks for a great order.

This was a nice new option for me!! I wasn't really inclined to buy either of the gold or silver variants... But this interested me; not to mention it being the inaugural issue. I was lacking platinum in my collection, so this helped fill the gap. I'm very pleased with mine!! The condition of the coin (I) received is excellent so no complaint here. I'd recommend this to anybody seeking something different.

Holding slip was torn and the coin itself had some nicks on the edges. It is a bullion coin so not much concern; however, other bullion coins I have purchased have been in better condition
