Chinese landmarks - gold designs are of weightlifting and swimming. Silver designs are of the Traditional Courtyard Residence in Beijing Summer Palace, and the Tibetan Tower of Beihai Park in Beijing.
This set was issued for the 2008 Olympics held in Beijing. This beautiful 6-coin set contains two 1/3 oz gold coins and four 1 oz silver coins. This set has two of the same coin.
Set Highlights:
- Contains .667 of .999 fine gold and 4 oz of .999 fine silver.
- Coins are housed in wooden cases. Some sets will have the outer box.
- Obverse: Features five different designs.
- Reverse: Features traditional paired Chinese dragons, the emblem of the Games of the XXIX Olympiad.
