The coin sits within a perspex panel that rotates 360 degrees and is illuminated by a row of lights to maximize the effect of the glittering diamonds. Also featured is an individually numbered 18-carat rose gold plaque, which corresponds to the certificate of authenticity.

Struck from 10 oz of 99.99.% pure gold in proof quality, the coin is mounted with a three-dimensional representation of a sea turtle. The 18-carat gold turtle is pavé-set with 112 exceptionally rare pink diamonds from the Argyle Diamond Min in Western Australia's Kimberly region. The turtle's head and limbs are set with 52 natural white diamonds, with an emerald in each eyes. The coin has further natural white diamonds and one Argyle Pink Diamond™ set to the table.
