Given to Jane Seymour by Henry VIII to embody his third wife's legitimacy, the fierce Queen's Panther stands on the Moat Bridge at Hampton Court Palace as a heraldic supporter of Jane Seymour. The heraldic panther is depicted as a formidable creature with fiery breath, withstood only by the dragon.
