This coin is absolutely gorgeous. After 30 years it still has a beautiful shine and detail. I love the Roman numeral’s used for the date. I will buying more of these older coins to add to my collection. I love that APMEX always has a large selection of available collectibles at low premiums.

I just love this coin! Not only is it beautiful, it is also .25AGW Guaranteed by the U.S. Mint for purity! I usually purchase Swiss 20 Franc Gold Helvetia coins that are .1867 AGW but this US Gold America Eagle is on of my trophies...
