Each coin is placed in a protective, non-reactive plastic polymer authentication card to protect your coin’s finish. If the tamper-evident package has been opened in any way, you will know it. After the process is completed, the coin in the tamper-evident package is removed from the machine and checked to ensure that the quality of the packaging meets our exacting standards. You now have a finished MintDirect® 2015 1 oz Silver American Eagle Single.

American Silvery Eagles are inherently liquid stand alone. The simple stackable Mint Direct package ensures they stay that way. As I have seen coin grading services in general seem to lose merit in both quality and objectivity, I find it notice to have a simple, secure encasement that ensures safety of the coin whilst letting a buyer decide its grade. The premium over spot is barely higher than that of a completely raw coin so I find it a nice way to protect investment coins.

Loved how the silver eagle is already encased. That is what helped make my decision to buy them. Will be giving some out as gifts for birthdays and very happy that I don't have to spent more to buy the capsules and there is no question on it being authentic. Also, due to my buying a lot of 20, my items came delivered in a second clear plastic case and wrapped in additional padding to ensure no damage to the coins. Highly recommend!
