I was drawn to this 2 oz coin due to my reverence for that generation and the incredible sacrifices they made to win the brutal Pacific War. The coin tarnished badly within a year, so that the reverse is almost dark grey, but it is tarnished front, side and back. The capsule sent with it dis not fit a 2 oz coin. I barely touched the coin and only on the edge. Now, I'd just like to sell it for bullion value somewhere.

This is a poor coin design for the series, it looks like a tent, granted it is supposed to recognize pearl harbor, but they could of done so much better, really disappointed, hope they do better in the next ones in the series

I've been collecting this series and have several of the Liberty and Grand Canyon. Both are beautiful, so had to add some Pearl Harbors when they became available. Not sorry I bought them because I intend to get the entire series, but I was disappointed in this design. Doesn't have the punch as the 2 previous releases and not the same level of detail. Nice quality and love the 2 oz rounds. Hope the next design is a little more exciting.
