I bought this product in order to have a commemorative half dollar in my collection, and I was pleasantly surprised at what I received. The coin certainly appeared uncirculated, as described, but the "scruffy" and "off quality" did not seem to apply. My coin had only minor contact marks (quite possibly my own fault), and any imperfections were not visible without close examination. The coin looked much better than the on in the picture. Overall, a great product.
