How To Ship Your Items to APMEX
No matter how you choose to ship your items, we make the process as simple as possible so we can quickly begin authentication and release your payment. When you utilize APMEX Logistics, expedited services like Next Day or 2-Day delivery help your items arrive sooner.
Use a new, unmarked box for all shipments. New boxes can be purchased at most carrier or shipping supply locations. Avoid reusing boxes or any packaging with old labels, hazardous symbols or markings.
Double-box your shipment. Place your items in a smaller inner box with padding, seal it, then place that box inside a larger outer box with additional padding to prevent movement.
Pad generously. Use bubble wrap, soft foam, or similar material so items cannot shift during transit.
Secure both label copies. Place one tracking label on the inner box and a second tracking label on the outer box, both taped clearly.
Do not write anything on the box about contents or value. Keep packaging non-descriptive to protect your privacy and coverage.
Take photos before sealing. A quick set of photos of your items and packing steps can help if a claim is ever needed.
Drop off only at approved carrier locations shown on your label. Avoid drop boxes or third-party retail counters.
