The Australian Emu is a large flightless bird that can trot great distances. Although emus have feathers, they cannot fly because their wings are too small. Emus are found throughout Australia in almost all habitat types and they feed mainly on grass flowers, seeds, and insects. The emu is the second-largest living bird by height, after the Ostrich.

I recently gave this coin a 3 star rating because of the looseness of the coin in the capsule and because the emu looks a bit like big bird on Sesame Street. So, because of those 2 aforementioned reasons, I deducted as star for each reason, but I failed to mention then that it’s a 4 nines fine silver coin. And because of that I’d like to add back a star and give it a 4 star rating. Thanks a lot.
