CAC MS-70
The Certified Acceptance Corporation (CAC) was formed in 2007 to upgrade the standard of coin grading. The CAC’s initial intention was to distinguish the variation in quality between previously certified coins of the same grade. If a coin meets the high-quality standard the organization has established, they complement the certification with their well-respected CAC sticker.
Starting in 2023, the CAC made the preliminary certification of coins, rather than upgrading those already certified. Deciding on a 2024 Gold American Eagle certified by CAC assures it is graded to their demanding standards for quality. MS-70 coins are flawless, exhibiting no imperfections.
1/10 oz American Gold Eagle Coins
Congress established the American Gold Eagle program in 1986, and it turned out to be a global sensation. They are the first gold investment coin officially endorsed by the U.S. government.
A reputation of strength and liberty are displayed in the designs. On the front face of the American eagle, Lady Liberty steps courageously into the obscure carrying a torch and an olive branch. On the reverse side is an incredibly constructed likeness of the bald eagle, America’s icon of freedom. Each 1/10 oz American Gold Eagles has .9167 fine gold.
These coins are not obtainable for purchase directly out of the United States Mint. Alternatively, they are marketed with a set network of authorized purchasers, such as APMEX.
