This large, yet beautiful coin is sent to you in a hard plastic capsule issued by the mint. The Plastic capsule comes packaged in a high quality wood presentation box which in turn is tucked neatly in an outer protective box. Casa de Moneda de Mexico has also included a small leatherette booklet containing historical data about the Mexican Mint, the history of the Libertad Series and the serial numbered certificate of authenticity. Highly sought after and difficult to find, kilo Libertads are great collector's items!

Small but perceptible flaws in first coin resulted in me sending it back. Second coin was perfect. Just sorry I had to pay for shipping the first coin back when the flaws should have been noticed before shipping.

If you like Libertads,you MUST buy one of these...or two. I bought one..and liked it so much,I purchased another. Handsome hardwood display case and mirror finish proof coin make this a knockout addition to any collection. I may have to buy a third...!

What an impressive coin! And almost a half an inch thick too. The kilo Libertad is a beautiful large perfect coin with impressive features and a proof like finish. The display case and COA booklet are equally impressive as well. These are a must have for any Libertad collector. I've ordered two from APMEX and both were received within a few days from placing my order - fast ! They were both packaged very well upon arrival and I'm very proud to have them in my collection.
