I was excited to receive a MS-70 condition coin, but when I did receive them I was disappointed they had flaws, one had a scratches on the eagle side of the coin while the other had a black smudge within the casing on the Liberty side. While the silver content might not be affected, it's the aesthetic appeal and the fact that it's supposed to be a MS-70 coin. I thought they were supposed to be in "perfect" mint condition.
