Bought a tube of 20 coins and they were all from 2012. They all had wear to them and were definitely not brilliant uncirculated coins. Not angry but definitely not thrilled with what I got. Bought 20 rounds of 1 oz silver Lincoln Penny and 20 rounds of 1 oz silver Founders of Liberty Benjamin Franklin in the same order and those 40 rounds were excellent unlike the silver eagles I got.

A beautiful coin, patriotic purchase, and always easy to sell — but why pay the premium for American Eagles when generic rounds on the secondary market cost less, have the same melt value, and often carry very interesting designs? Since 2016 these have not appreciated in value as compared to many other silver rounds. Just a thought.

This was my first purchase with APMex. I purchased two rolls (40) of these. I got all 2023. They looked amazing, no milk spots, tarnishing, nicks, or scratches. I am definitely going to continue doing business with APMex!
