40-Coin MintDirect® Tube of 2023 1/2 oz Gold American Eagles
Initially released in 1986, the American Eagle series year after year has become one of the most well-known bullion coins on the planet. The American Gold Eagle coins are conveniently ready in four assorted sizes to entice a wide selection of collectors and investors.
The U.S. Mint disclosed tweaked reverse designs for the American Eagle Gold coins in mid-year 2021. Mint Artistic Infusion Program (AIP) designer Jennie Norris designed the Gold coin design, which was then sculpted by Mint Medallic Artist Renata Gordon.
The MintDirect® Guarantee
APMEX requires a special machine to complete our MintDirect® tube sealing process. The mint tubes are placed onto the conveyor that leads into the machine; this then seals both ends of each tube with safe, tamper-evident packaging. The tubes go through a security process to MintDirect® to ensure the quality of packaging before being stored in a safe location. Our customers can purchase these tube products with peace of mind. APMEX can assure that the coins you receive are in the same condition as they were when they originally left the United States Mint by using this procedure.
Note: The MintDirect® tube sealing process does not protect against spotting or discoloration in chemically active metals like Gold and Silver.
