Partnership with PCGS
After an initial quality check, the sealed coins from the mint boxes are placed into a special machine for final sealing to ensure that the products you receive are totally sealed after being removed directly from the mint boxes. The tubes are fed into the machine on a conveyor belt, and both ends of each tube are sealed with tamper-evident packaging using a unique serialized hologram seal. The MintDirect® Premier coins come in very special, hard-to-find brown boxes that are also sealed with tamper-proof holograms that were designed specifically for the MintDirect® process. The tube is then removed from the machine, and it is inspected to verify that the packaging meets our exacting criteria.
