These certificates were used briefly in Vietnam from August 11, 1969 until they were withdrawn on October 7, 1970. The Series 681 Military Payment Certificates were printed by Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C., and all had designs that were military in nature.
This Military Payment Certificate Series 681 is one of the favorite series because, unlike the other series, this one featured military themed artwork. It is an excellent addition to any collection!
