Monnaie de Paris
Founded in 1864, not only is Monnaie de Paris France's longest standing institution, but it is also the oldest enterprise in the world. Today, the mint strikes circulation coins for France, as well as beautiful gold and silver commemorative coin programs that are each intricately designed works of art. The mint is also home to a museum that hosts exhibitions, tours and workshops as well as the Guy Savoy Restaurant.
Starting in 2008, Monnaie de Paris has honored numismatic symbols though modern renditions. From 2023 to 2025, the Golds of France commemorates precious and ancient coins that have built the history of France.

The letter A refers to the mint where the original coin was produced (A=Paris).
- Reverse: Highlights the three eras to which each inspiration belongs and interpreting the French flag in its heraldic form. The face value, RF logo and the guarantee marks are also present.
